Refund policy
•Package cannot be opened at the door.
•Don't worry - you're not stuck with your order. You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
•Proof of purchase is required (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
•Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To request a return or exchange:
-Contact us via Instagram DM.
-Send clear photos of the item and a short description of the issue.
-All returned items will undergo inspection once they are returned to our warehouse.
-Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 days after the item has successfully passed inspection. The refunded amount will be transferred via InstaPay or any smart wallet.
-Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees related to approved exchange or refund requests.
Note : Items must be in their original condition, unused, unperfumed, unwashed, with Amonar tags and its original packaging.
